Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Agrawal Homeo Clinic, operated by Dr. Arpit Agrawal, a registered homeopathic physician based in Jhalawar, Rajasthan. By accessing our website (agrawalhomeoclinic.com), booking an appointment, or availing any of our homeopathic consultation or medicine services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Definitions

 

"Clinic" refers to Agrawal Homeo Clinic, its proprietor Dr. Arpit Agrawal, staff, and all associated digital and physical channels.

"Patient / User" refers to any individual who accesses the website, books a consultation, or purchases homeopathic medicines.

"Services" means all homeopathic consultation services (in-clinic and online), prescription of medicines, and sale/dispatch of homeopathic remedies.

"Platform" means the website agrawalhomeoclinic.com and any associated booking or communication channels.

 

2. Nature of Services

 

Agrawal Homeo Clinic provides holistic homeopathic healthcare services for conditions including but not limited to:

 

  • Skin disorders (Psoriasis, Vitiligo, Eczema, Acne, Fungal infections)

  • Hair diseases (Alopecia, Hair fall, Dandruff)

  • Male disorders (Erectile Dysfunction, Infertility, Sexual weakness)

  • Female disorders (PCOD/PCOS, Leucorrhea, Menstrual irregularities, Infertility)

  • Respiratory diseases (Asthma, Bronchitis, Sinusitis, Tonsillitis)

  • Gastrointestinal diseases, Piles, Fissure, Fistula

  • Kidney Stones, Gallstones, Urinary disorders

  • Joint pain, Slip Disc, Arthritis

  • Thyroid, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol

  • Pediatric conditions, Mental health, Obesity, Jaundice, Paralysis

 

| Homeopathic treatment is complementary medicine. In cases of medical emergency, life-threatening conditions, or acute symptoms requiring urgent care, please immediately contact emergency medical services or visit a government hospital. Our services do not replace emergency allopathic care.

3. Online Consultation Terms

 

Patients availing online consultation acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

  • All information provided by the patient (medical history, symptoms, reports) must be accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.

  • Online consultations are conducted via phone, video call, or messaging platforms. Quality of consultation may be subject to network availability.

  • Dr. Arpit Agrawal will provide treatment recommendations based solely on information shared by the patient. Misrepresentation of health data absolves the clinic of liability for adverse outcomes.

  • A written prescription will be issued via WhatsApp, email, or the platform following consultation.

  • Online consultation is not a substitute for physical examination where clinically required.

  • Patients below the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during online consultations.

4. Medicine Ordering & Dispensing

​

  • Homeopathic medicines dispensed by the clinic are prescribed solely by Dr. Arpit Agrawal.

  • All medicines are prepared/sourced from licensed homeopathic pharmacies complying with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and related regulations in India.

  • Patients are advised to strictly follow the prescribed dosage. Self-modification of dosage or medicine is at the patient's own risk.

  • Medicines must be stored as per label instructions — typically in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours.

5. Payments

​

  • Consultation fees and medicine charges are payable in advance or at the time of service as communicated.

  • Accepted payment modes: Cash (at clinic), UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), Bank Transfer / NEFT, Online payment gateways (as available on website).

  • All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • The clinic reserves the right to revise consultation and medicine fees. Updated fees will be displayed on the website and communicated in advance.

6. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

 

The clinic and Dr. Arpit Agrawal shall not be liable for:

  • Treatment outcomes that vary from patient expectations, as homeopathic results depend on individual constitution, chronicity of disease, and patient compliance.

  • Adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose pre-existing conditions, ongoing medications, or allergies.

  • Delays in recovery due to non-compliance with prescribed lifestyle and dietary guidance.

  • Technical failures during online consultations caused by third-party platforms or internet connectivity.

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on the website — including text, images, treatment descriptions, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Agrawal Homeo Clinic and Dr. Arpit Agrawal. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jhalawar, Rajasthan.

9. Modifications

 

The clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
