Cancellation and Refunds Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes prevent you from attending a scheduled appointment. This Cancellation Policy outlines how appointment cancellations are managed at Agrawal Homeo Clinic to ensure fairness for all patients and efficient clinic operations.

1. Appointment Cancellation by Patient

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Patients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur a nominal rescheduling fee of ₹50.

  • Each booking allows for a maximum of 2 free reschedulings. A third rescheduling will require a fresh booking.

  • To reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp at +91-7733844557 with your appointment details.

3. Cancellation by the Clinic

Agrawal Homeo Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments under the following circumstances:

  • Unavailability of Dr. Arpit Agrawal due to medical emergencies, personal exigency, or official duty

  • Public holidays, bandh, or natural calamities affecting clinic operations

  • Technical outages affecting the online booking or consultation platform

In such cases, the clinic will:

  • Notify the patient at least 4–6 hours in advance via WhatsApp/SMS (where possible)

  • Offer a priority rescheduled appointment at no extra charge, OR

  • Process a full refund of the consultation fee within 5–7 working days

4. Order Cancellation — Medicines

  • Medicine orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once medicines have been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to the Refund Policy for post-delivery concerns.

  • To cancel a medicine order, contact us immediately at +91-7733844557 or via email with your order details.

5. How to Cancel

Cancellations can be communicated through any of the following channels:

  • WhatsApp / Phone: +91-7733844557 — mention your name, appointment date/time, and reason

  • Email: agrawalhomeoclinicjhalawar@gmail.com — subject line: "Appointment Cancellation – [Your Name]"

  • In person: Visit the clinic at Purani Jail Road, Jhalawar during clinic hours
